All Was Right In My World

Little Bean was there. He/she was still when he/she first appeared on the screen. I panicked a tiny bit (or a lot) until the flicker of Bean's little heart caught my attention.

Apparently my little Bean likes mornings about as much as I do. :-) I have to admit I was glad when Bean finally woke up and did a few flips and wiggles for us.

Heart beat was steady at 144 bpm.

Arms, legs, and other appropriate parts for this gestational age were all accounted for.

Growth was still a week ahead. Bean measured in at 11w2d. (I grow 'em big?) RE said Bean looks perfect!

I got the okay to stop all estrogen and progesterone supplementation. I'll stay on the Lovenox for now.

I listened to the RE dictate my history for my OB before he released me to my OB's care.

I have to say that it is all sort of surreal.

And totally awesome.

  4. I have been waiting all weekend -- completely empathizing with the journey you are on -- as I was on that same journey, too, only a short while ago.

You don't know me, nor I you, and I stumbled upon your blog. But, for what it's worth, I'm totally pulling for you and sending you good vibes.

  8. That is great! I hope it gives you a little breathing room to enjoy your pregnancy (which of course may include much discomfort, but as a subfertile, you know what I mean!)

that's great news - can't believe it's been a while since i checked in - but have to say i'm kinda glad i missed those few anxious days - and instead got to see the wonderful 144BPM news! does slower heart rate mean a boy?

are you starting any plans for the boys birthdays? can you believe they are going to be THREE?!?!?
