Our Year...

I apologize in advance for its length, but if you can believe it, I did edit myself quite a bit. The problem is that I swear I must have thousands of pictures to chose from! Jeez. I've been working on this thing for waaaay too long.

Hope you enjoy.

  1. You hide your stress REALLY well because you look SO happy in all of those pictures :)
Fun montage. What a year. Isn't it amazing how much changes.
Hoping your New Year stays on the up and up.

    NO MORE HOSPITALS.

  2. I second that! No more hospitals!

And as for the hiding stress, it is called movie magic (and eliminating the bad pictures).

    Mwah!

  3. That was really wonderful!! They have grown up so much in just one short year. Won't it be amazing to watch the next year, too?

  4. I loved seeing their cheeks fill out, their beautiful hair grow out, all of it. Although I watched it all real-time through the pictures on your blog each month, it was still awe-inspiring to see it back-to-back in the slide show. They are such big boys now!

I thought my favorite picture was them next to their stockings with their names on their butts until I saw the one on New Year's with the champagne bottles. Priceless!!

You have endured so much this year, Stacie. Your strength is astounding and your boys are truly, truly blessed to have you as their teacher, their advocate, their protector, their Mom. I know at times you feel sad or weak or unsure, but you need to be confident that there is a whole host of women out there who find you truly amazing.

I'll have everything crossed for your quest to give them a sibling. Here's to a drama-free 2009 filled with health and happiness!

  5. Thank you so much for your kind words MTC and Leah!

Sometimes I am amazed that we even survived last year. If it wasn't for the support I've found in the blogosphere, I am not sure that I would have. Thanks to every single one of you who have thought of my boys or my family and cheered us on...

you are all wonderful, and I am so very lucky to have found you all!
