For Inquiring Minds

The line looks pretty much the same (An.swer brand hpt), but it did come up more quickly than it did on Tuesday. I suppose that will make me satisfied until tomorrow. Mostly. (although the line being as dark as the control line would have been better)

As before, the top hpt in the picture is of today's test at 13dpo, the bottom test is from the boys (Fi.rst Re.sponse brand).


What are you thinking now, Karen? One? Two? Shoot, what do you guys think? Any guesses on the beta number?

    Wow, looks very similar to the test with the boys. I think that is incredibly dark for only 13 dpo. With one baby I wasnt that dark until 16 dpo. I think you could have another set of TWO baking in that oven of yours.

    Is this really considered dark? I swear my mind is all warped. I have no idea what it would look like either way.

    The fact that there could be two in there blows me away. I mean, it took 6 embies to get the boys. SIX! For them both to take when I only transferred 2 (and the RE was willing to go as high as 5 if we wanted!! Holy freaking cow! I was like "what you want to see another octomom" totally kidding because we all knew our luck just doesn't run that way) just doesn't seem possible!

    I am torn. Sometimes I think two. Usually I think it's one. Tomorrow's beta will be interesting to say the least! :-)

    I think it sure looks a lot like the first round....which means twins. But I think the universe owes you BIG TIME and so I'm thinking one healthy and beautiful baby girl with your eyes and isaacs skin. ;-)

    That line is darker then the 11dpo, stick for sure. I agree with the previous comment. That is a GREAT line for 13 days past. The pee test my doc gave me at 14 days after didn't even come up positive. GREAT LINE!!! My last baby, a singleton statyed about that light of a line until at least 16-18 dpo!

    No appointment time. I just have to be there before 12:30pm. It won't matter when I go in because they don't start calling until the end of their work day anyway. So, I think I'll head in around 10:30ish.

    TWO!!!! I just looked back at my 10 dpo with the twins' test and it was super faint. Mine didn't get dark as until 15/16 dpo.

    I'm going with twins. You transferred 2 "good quality" blasts. That is a dark-ish line. I say twins. Beta will tell the tale.

    Do you have a preference for twins or a singleton? Is that a bad question? Just curious.

    Either way - you're preggo!

    It's tomorrow already in the Netherlands. Do you think they'll buy it if you show up NOW? And what about having them call you back end of the day GMT+1? Will they? Will they??

    I have nothing useful to say about your latest test. Only that whenever I've NOT been pregnant (let's see, that would have been about 48 times) there was NO LINE whatsoever, not even 14DPO. No "not quite as dark as the control line" line. No "hold in front of window to see" line. No "squint and use your imagination" line. NO LINE AT ALL.

    So. Well. You know. Congratulations!! Again.

    Ready?? ..... I was staying at your house (wooot!) and we were sitting out on your front porch ... and it was half finished. It was painted blue, but more stuff needed doing. It still looked cool ... but I asked you why it wasn't finished yet.

    WOW!!! - pregnant is GOOD!!
    i can't wait to see the beta results - i am not sure - i am seeing a twin set of girls and a single girl - but even though you are using BLUE on your tests - (marker) i am still thinking girl -- at this very very early juncture.....
    congratulations ~~ so excited for you - i can't wait to hear your betas --

    I just think you're definitely PREGNANT!! YAY!!!

    I don't think you can tell how many or how high the beta will be from a HPT. Besides, my betas were pretty high, and I'm carrying a singleton. There was a second sac that implanted but was empty. I think that was the cause of my high numbers. Only time and an u/s will tell!

    I say 1 healthy babe!!
    I tested sooo faintly positive 4.5dp5dt and had 1 beautiful boy!
    Cant't really rely on test as color of lines are never consistant!
