On race day.
Yes, I was freezing! They were cold, too, but they didn't want to bring their sweatshirts.
Over half way done! I was still feeling pretty good.
At mile 11 I was not quite as perky, though.
Here we are at the finish line. I went ahead with one of the girls and finished with an average of just under 18 minutes a mile. We waited for everyone else in our group to show up, and we all walked over the finish line together again.

It was fun, but damn there were a lot of hills! Today my butt and my right shin are sore. Other than that, I am doing okay.
A few of them were already talking about the next one they wanted to do. At this point, I do believe that I'll be just cheering them from the sidelines. This half marathon business is out of my system!
Besides, if all goes as planned, I should be nice and pregnant by the time the next one comes anyway...

So proud of you ! Way to go.
