We just had a low speed chase down our street (at a whopping 3 miles an hour). I could walk faster than this idiot was driving. I am glad he went slow and all, but it just seems like such a waste to have three wailing police cars following a car that slow. Unfortunately for the driver, once you turn down our street there is only one other way out, so four other police cars nabbed him about seven houses down from us. Guns drawn and everything! Oh the excitement. (And yes, it did occur to me that I shouldn't be out there to watch it all. I wasn't. I sent my husband out.)
I suppose I need to watch the local news tonight to see if they have any info on what the fool did to warrant the chase in the first place.
Ah. It's never boring in California.
------
Should have started yesterday. Had the teeniest, tiniest of spotting again. A tiny bit today. Still cramping, although not as much. Maybe my period is coming. And no, I haven't tested. I can't seem to bring myself to right now.
Did I tell you that I break out in hives before my period? All we could come up with for a cause is that there is some problem with my progesterone levels at the end/start of my cycles. (they appear normal on blood work, though)
Anyway, I had done that for months, but stopped when I got pregnant in December 06 (with the 1st m/c) until after the boys were born.
The hives returned about five months ago.
I am still waiting for this month's hives. They should have started on Sunday.
------
I started school on Monday. Let's just say that my exhaustion level has reached a new peak.

Get out. 3 miles an hour ! That is great. Scary still with all of the guns drawn.
ReplyDeleteI swear, your life is in no way boring girl.
Poor Shawn will be gumming his food for a while it sounds.
How exciting! A police chase! I would have been out there videotaping :-)
