What Not Cycling Does to Me & a Shout Out for Sh.awn

Having a slight panic attack here. It is only one freaking month. I feel like I MUST be cycling...doing something because TIME IS F'ING RUNNING OUT!!!! While the sane part of me realizes that in reality it isn't, that neurotic side (who apparently is quite the bully) is definitely winning the war at the moment.

Why am I letting skipping one month send such a wave of pure fear throughout my entire body?

Chill, Stacie. Chill.

Here is my little Sh.awn Bon saying his first word on camera. (he says 5 words--momma, dadda, hi, kiiiii (kitty) and hey) Oh, and look at him work that right hand! He's using it a lot more all of a sudden. :-)

Way to go Shawn!

And, isn't it amazing how that inner neurotic comes out when our plans change the slightest bit.

He is such a SUPER CUTIE :)

I know that taking a month off is super hard but you made the right choice. You know your body and getting that looked at is the right move :)

Lol! I had to laugh when I saw what Shawn is playing with...the edge of the rubber play mat :D Ty LOVES that thing and will use it to walk around and slap his brothers with. He threw a fit to take it into his crib one day and I had to go in and take it away because he and Alex were snatching it from each other...but Alex wouldn't give it back. Shawn's language skills are amazing...

I'm sorry. I know that feeling of anxiousness. You just want to get up and go.

That is the CUTEST little voice. Wait until he says 2 words in a row.....HI MOM ! :)

He is using that hand REALLY well. I mean, really well. Way to go Shawn.

What a doll he is!

My neurotic side wins the war far too often as well.

Stacie .... how ADORABLE is Shawn Bon??!!!! So so SO sweet.

I hope you manage to be ok with not cycling this week .... I totally get how you would feel like that, and really really hope the neurotic side lets the calm side in for a play. For a little while. Then they can swap again, because that is how they roll, apparently.

XOXOXOXOXOXOOXOXOX

If people tell you your sons are behind, just tell them to suck it. He's lovely.

And heck, mine don't even know how to say "Mama" or that it refers to me. Shaun is a genius!

I totally get the itme is running out feeling- I wrote about this on my blog yesterday.

It's better to wait one month than to have a successful pg only to end up miscarrying

Trust your gut.

Stacie,
You are probably the best English teacher in the history of the world. Jason saying "kitty," and now Super Shawn with his perfect little "hi."

Impressive.
