- I had every intention to do this yesterday, but as you can see...it didn't happen. I played Zu.ma of FB for far too long instead.
- I guess I needed something mind numbing to do. Playing games = mind numbing for me.
- The boys have been sick with some sort of germs from hell since the 27th. It has been a long two weeks. I think they are finally feeling better now, but every time I think that they relapse. I am tired of being a human pillow.
- Both Is.aac and my mom caught their germs from hell and have been sick, too. I had a sore throat and that was it. Until tonight...I think I may have finally joined the sick party.
- Boo.
- I am officially 27 weeks today. I have to admit that this last week had me a bit freaked. Even though I KNOW that this pregnancy is vastly different from the boys' pregnancy, I couldn't seem to shake the feeling that I was going to rupture during week 26 again. I am still a bit worried (and likely will be until I can make it to my first goal of 32 weeks) that something scary is about to happen. I am trying not to give those fears a lot of attention, but they creep up every now and then.
- It doesn't help that a close family member who is due five days after me started having contractions 5 minutes apart on the day she turned 26 weeks. (Long story short, she was told she'd never be able to have kids again. Her placenta had grown into her uterus during her first pregnancy. She had five surgeries and a pretty severe infection which created a lot of scarring.) Thankfully, they gave her some terb which got things under control. Of course it was just enough action to put my mind into overdrive.
- I passed my glucose tolerance test this week. That is something! Now I don't have to feel guilty for my chocolate donut (or three) a day habit. Ahem.
- I've gained 14 pounds so far. Does that sound about right?
- My grandmother showed up out of the blue yesterday afternoon. She was walking on her treadmill Thursday afternoon and decided she should come visit. She was able to get a train ticket for that night. I am not sure how long she'll be here. It stresses me out to have her here. She keeps telling Ja.son that she is going to get him to walk before she leaves.
- Sigh. If only it were as easy as someone saying that he will walk.
- Work is kicking my butt. The idea of going out on disability is looking more and more attractive by the day!
- Did you happen to stop by the other blog and look at that baby picture of my dad? It is uncanny how much Sh.awn looks like him. I never would have guessed that...
For more leftovers, stop by Danifred's blog. Oh, and wish her a hearty congrats for reaching 1500 posts!

It stinks that so many of us can't even completely enjoy all of a pregnancy because we are worried about so many different parts of it. (hugs)
Horray for passing the Glucose test. That 3 hour one is the WORST! Having a surprise guest would be incredibly stressful for me, I hope the visit goes smoothly and quickly for you.
Hope you feel better soon (well and hubby and mom, too) -- and hope the boys STAY better. I haven't commented much lately...but I'm still lurking around enjoying the posts. I hear ya about the nerves creeping up. Pregnancy was never a carefree, happy go lucky experience for me after my losses...While I am not happy that you have to feel the fear at times, it's good to hear that my experience wasn't all too uncommon.
-Smiles to you from BI.
(whiney) I want belly pictures !!!
Congrats on hitting that oh so important 27th week.
Hope everyone is feeling better soon.
Going to see the resemblances now.
I am so excited you are at 27 weeks! 32 is just around the corner :)
