Two things: 1) my butt is sitting on the couch right now, so I have successfully avoided the mentioned ass stuck to the toilet issue, and 2) I am finally feeling better. Let me just say a big, fat yea for both of them. This bout of IB (usually only stress induced now a days) was particularly intense, and I am thanking the porcelain gods that I was finally freed from the drama.

I hereby declare that there will be no further incidents such as the one I've just experienced. Sounds good, doesn't it?

Then so it shall be.

Some of you may have noticed the cute little party hat on my side bar. I am participating in NaComLeavMo, or National Comment Leaving Month, from May 25th to June 25th. You can click on the icon for a detailed summary, but for the most part the rules are:

you will do your normal blog reading, but you will make sure that you leave at least 5 comments a day and regardless of how many comments you usually receive, you will return at least 1 comment by going to a commentor's blog and leaving a comment there. If you do not have any comments that day (perhaps you didn't write a new post or your blog falls into a strange, other-worldly commentless abyss), simply jump to the participant's list below and pick a new blog and leave a comment.

My personal goal is to get leave at least ten comments a day, both at blogs I frequent and new blogs, and return comments on all the comments left for me. Now, I may get a little behind on this, but I am going to give it my darndest. I am hoping to add to my blog roll when all of this is done and find many more blogs to read each day. (You know, because my life is so slow around here.)

So, dear readers, I am soliciting addresses of some of your favorite blogs. They can be any type of blog: general, fertility/infertility, parenting, crafting, or whatever. If you love it, there is a strong chance that I will, too.

Thanks!

P.S. There is nothing that says you can't join NaComLeavMo, too, if your interested!

OK. Is it a teacher thing, this struggle with infertility? I mean that with all due respect. It's just that I have been blog hoppin' for NaCommLeavMo and I swear I have landed on about ten teacher's blogs! I mean, are we to take care and educate young minds, but are not to have them of our own? Cruel, much? I'm a 2nd grade teacher.

I wanna be just like you someday! Twins! How cool is that? Um... aside from the bowel thing. Hope that gets better. :)

Like you don't have enough going on. Give yourself a BREAK lady.
You have been dealing with SOOOOOOOO much, at home, with your dad, at school, on the toilet. I think blog land is one land where you should be able to kick back, spill your guts and R~E~L~A~X !
I for one vote that you do this NaComLeavMo when you aren't ABSOLUTELY crazy out of your mind making you shit up and down both sides of your toilet mad !

sooooo, when are you going to start working on my present again ?

haha ha ha hah ha ha hah ahhah ah
JUST KIDDING !

I'm sorry you've been feeling lousy. I've been suffering for the last two months from an antibiotic-induced flair-up of colitis, so I totally hear you! Have you tried drinking Kefir? It's kind of a yogurt-like drink, found in the dairy dep't of health food stores and groceries with a decent ethnic foods selection. It seems to help with the digestive issues somewhat.

Lately, I've been following Lemmondrops. She had a baby two months ago, and is getting chemo for bone cancer. She has such an amazing attitude.

Glad to hear you are feeling better. Nothing worse (well that's not true but it feels like it at the time) than a bout of IBS.

This NaComLeavMo is great for me being a bit of a blog stalker anyway. I do enjoy reading other peoples stories and how they handle life's day to day issues. It's cheaper than therapy for sure and I only have one real good friend to whine to (I'm sure she gets sick of it). Now I have an unlimited supply of people to whine to (heeheehee)

Here's hoping that your "declaration" stands and that your IBS is banished from the kingdom. For a brief respite at least ;)

Just popping in to say hello! Your twins are just gorgeous! They remind me of my nephews when they were babies. They are 4 now and a miracle result of IVF!

Enjoy your own precious miracles! Their smiles are contagious!
