Sadly, today her husband posted that Louise lost her battle with cancer in August, a mere 6 months after diagnosis. I am so saddened about this news.
If you knew Louise, please stop by and offer your condolences to her family. Her husband will print out our comments as a remembrance for their 13 month old daughter.

Thank you for letting us know. I just left a comment over there. It is so sad. She was so lovely, and I had so hoped that the new melanoma drugs would be her cure. Life is so freakin' fragile. You really do have to enjoy it while you have it.
Talk about a punch in the stomach.
I wasn't expecting that one.
I ache inside and out for anyone with such little ones to die too soon.
That sweet little baby will never know her mom.
Such a tragedy. such a loss.

I read about her sad demise on LFCA as well as Pundelina's...
I did go and leave words...and I wonder how adequate they can ever be for the loss the family has suffered...
