Rice Cereal...
...wasn't exactly his favorite.
I know it's probably horrible, but I love this picture of Jack. It is pretty unusual for him to even cry like this, so maybe that is why? I don't know. (What you can't see is that I am already in the process of taking him out of his bouncer when this pic was snapped.)

Ha! He was NOT HAVING IT! So cute!
My daughter never, ever ate rice cereal. It was oatmeal or nothing for her. Once, many months after discovering she'd only eat oatmeal, my husband opened a new box of cereal and couldn't figure out why she wouldn't eat it. I pulled the box out and showed him the label--it was a box of rice that had been hiding in the back of the cupboard, and he hadn't noticed. It's so funny that they can have such preferences so young!
Even yelling his head off, he's adorable! Way to go, Mom!
