Stacie.... I am so sorry for your loss. Nothing more anyone can say. Nothing.
You , your family and esp your father are in my thoughts and prayers. I think his smile was to tell you that eve rything will be ok.

My mother-in-law was killed in a car accident. She was on her way to work with friends and a bus rammed a red light into her car. She was 35, and left behind 3 children- the youngest a 2 year old girl, who has never knonw a mother. My family knows the devestation of losing someone in such a horrible way. I am sorry you have to go through this- esp right now. you are in my prayers

omg I am over the moon for you that you got to see that beautiful tothless little smile- thank God for that smile and I hope it helps to heal and soothe you just a little bit.
That cry is healthy- a happy cry or a sad cry- it is an outlet for you to let out your anger, sadness, frustration, despair.

Just wanted you to know that you are in my thoughts. It is so difficult to lose a parent, and then to have to be the "strong" one. On a positive note, I am glad to see that Shawn is doing better.
