Blood test is tomorrow. (FSH and the like)
Meds arrive on Tuesday.
Holy.Shit.
I am so excited! I just may be pregnant by the end of the month!
I might be the slightest bit freaked out, too. Just a tiny bit. Okay. A lot.
ETA - to answer Karen's question about how many we'll transfer, we talked about 3-4. Twins are not optimal, but I haven't been told it would be disastrous, either. It would mean probable bed rest with twins, which isn't really a great option right now. I will most likely have to have a precautionary cerclage at around 12-13 weeks, though. We'll conquer that issue when/if we get there!
So what am I thinking? I would love twins again, but I am freaked out by twins again. Not because I don't think we would be able to parent them all, but because of what that would mean during the pregnancy. Oh, and there is always the issue of my uterus sucking at carrying twins. Bleh. I do know that I would HAVE to reduce if I managed to get pregnant with more than two. It would kill me, but I would do it. I KNOW I'd lose them all if I tried with more than two. (I always seem to fall on the wrong side of the odds on things) Again, that prospect isn't likely in my case because of my history.

Stacie,
That is awesome :) wishing you the best :) Having a plan is a wonderful thing.

Jumping up and down with joy!!!!
Hubby and I had the same conversation about reduction. It would kill me and before I learned about my UU, I would never have done it.. Now I would have to because I physically can't carry multiples.
But right now and for the next 9 months at least RE wants us to try naturally.
I want a turkey baster.
WOW. Keep me updated. I would love to be pregnant with you by the end of the month.
miracles do happen.
That's so exciting! I guess the number you transfer will depend on quality as well. If you get twins again, would you go on bedrest by about Week 22-24 as well as getting the cerclage? My doctor actually talked about me getting a cerclage with ONE even though I carried the boys until 33 weeks! I'll see how things are going around week 20 though. Incidentally, I do think, though, that you could do triplets. It might mean very early bedrest (16-20 weeks), but I know people with a previous history of incompetent cervix (like delivered one at 33 weeks) who carried successfully.
I can understand the the freaked out excitement. Hoping things go more smoothly this time around.
*WEEEEEE* I'm so excited for you! I'll be here being the annoying one that cheers you on, even when you want me to stfu, every step of the way! YAY!!!!
YEE HAW !! Thanks for answering my questions.
I pray and hope that it doesn't come to reducing. I can't imagine how hard that must be !
Happy day 1 !
I am so excited for you, Stac! You are on my prayer list, sweetie! Just think how awesome the boys will be at being big brothers!
So sweet! Good luck!

Oh boy oh boy... Away from the computer for a week and look what I missed!!
Let me just freak out a little bit, too... You've got guts, girl! Thanks! If you can do it, so can I...
Wow! Good luck!!!!!!
Good Luck, Stacie!!! Wishing you the very, very best. :)
YOu are better than I- that's all I have to say.
I dont think I would be able to handle another set of twins. No way. I cant even begin to imagine having to go through bed rest again, then possibly NICU, and life with newborn twins. It's too tough.
I am thinking about you and praying that it turns out exactly how you want it to. Plus, you will be my inspiration to get back on the horse after allt hat we have been through- and try again.
Mwah...
YAY!! SO exciting!
I know I haven't posted, at all lately, so much that it appears you took me off your sidebar, :( but I'm getting ready to get started again too! How crazy is that timing?!?! :) We are just waiting for CD1... Oh my.
Hoping everything so wonderfully well for you guys.
Best of luck - thinking all good things and wishing all goes well for you. Meme
