I am alive, but I have to say that I've been better. Monday was crappy because of the BFN. Tuesday was hell at home and work (the day was topped with a call to CPS about one of my students for added shits and giggles). Today? Today I had a verbal blowout with a colleague because I was just tired of her negativity and bitching. I am still angry, even though I know that what I say will not change this person, and there are so many other things that I should be focusing on instead of her. The fact that she got to me this badly irritates me to no end. I hate it when I give people that kind of power over me. She is SO not worth it.
Oh, and there the tiny little issue of not hearing from the RE which making me pissy, too.
Tonight I think I am just going to wallow in it and feel sorry for myself.

{{{Hugs}}} hon. It sounds like a truly crappy series of occurrences.
Super Hugs
It's ok to wallow every now and again. I enjoy a good wallow.
This too shall pass.
Promise.

Wallowing is sometimes just the thing to clear your head and move on to the next step.
Frequent reader, infrequent commenter. Seems things have been rough. You deserve a decent wallow. Thinking of you and hoping you get all that you want very soon!
Sorry you`re having such a tough time, and you`re right she`s not worth it.
Arg! I wish you didn't have to deal with the colleague, and I wish your RE would get back with you!
The boys look great in that last post, though.
Sometimes you just gotta let it out! I'm impressed that you did, really! There are a thousand instances where I wish I had just responded with all the anger I was really feeling. There's catharsis in there somewhere; forget about giving power away!
I don't know how you're doing all of this. I'd have flipped my lid long ago.
*hugs* Hoping this week is better...

Appreciate the honesty and, sorry for your blues and hoping, amid what seems a rather full life, that you'll enjoy good IComLeavWe blogging in the days ahead.
I'm sorry you had such a bad day. I want to send good vibes in your direction and tell you that your site design is just beautiful. When I finally get around to re-doing mine, I'm using the same colors.
Good luck and I hope that things get better!!!

BFN days (and the day or two following) are always tough. I usually feel like, ideally, I would need almost a week to recover! You're not alone. Best of luck to you! Hugs!!
