- The Sick has not been my friend. I ended up taking two days off of work. I hate taking sick days. I never know what I'll have to clean up when I return.
- I also had to cancel therapy for the boys this week. I had hoped Is.aac could take them this morning, but Ja.son woke up with a sore throat. We decided we should be safe rather than sorry and kept them home.
- I think I've slept for most of the last two days. Well, I slept when I wasn't throwing up. Thank goodness my mom was willing to watch my still crabby boys while I slipped into a germ infested coma. Is.aac then took over once he got home from work. I don't know what I would have done if I had to do to take care of everyone by myself. I know it would have been ugly.
- It has come to my attention that good ole California is threatening to make it so my boys would no longer qualify for therapy as we make more than minimum wage. To our state, the only way we could qualify is if we spent more than 20% of our income on therapy. Otherwise, we will need to get therapy through our insurance company, which would pay for (less a $30 copay) only 15 weeks of therapy a year. A YEAR.
- If you live in California or know someone in California who will be affected by this cut (like my boys) or even if you just think this is a crappy thing to do to families who need help, please consider clicking on the link and signing the petition. http://www.thepetitionsite.com/1/SaveCCS-therapy/
- Sigh. My state really does suck sometimes.
Stop by Danifred's for more Leftovers.

Thanks so much in advance!!
What kind of therapy is it? PT? OT?
The boys both get 1 hour of PT and 1 hour of OT a week through this program.
