Fun Times

My friend was told they'd call her at noon tomorrow to tell her if she testifies the afternoon on Thursday or Friday.

Looks like I'll be getting a call from the defense. I'll be subpoenaed for the week of the 17th. Of course that is the one week that I actually have something planned.

I can't exactly remember what I told the investigator when she called last year. I do hope they "refresh" my memory so I don't look like an idiot.

This is going to get interesting. Sigh.
